| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse displays a mirror-image incuse impression of the obverse lion design, as is typical of the thin hammered pfennig coinage of 13th century Franconia. The rampant lion is visible in negative relief, with the broad rim and inner circle also appearing in corresponding incuse form. The surface shows the characteristic flow lines and irregular texture resulting from the hammering process. No inscription or additional devices are present on the reverse. |
