Obverse description Three bird heads arranged radially and conjoined at the center, each turning outward in a pinwheel-like composition within a plain inner circle. The motif is executed in low relief on an irregularly shaped hammered flan typical of 14th-century Austrian bracteate-related coinage. No legend or inscription is present. The design is characteristic of the Vienna Pfennig coinage issued under Duke Albrecht II.
