| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in black and red on light paper, with the large bold diagonal legend LETRA DE TESORERÍA across the centre field. The heading reads PROVINCIA DE MENDOZA with Serie C and a red serial number at upper right. A central vignette carries the provincial coat of arms surrounded by foliate guilloche work, flanked by two small allegorical vignettes at left and right. The lower portion bears the denomination UN PESO MONEDA NACIONAL with a reference to Ley N° 645, dated Mendoza, diciembre de 1914, with two manuscript signatures over printed titles of Ministro de Hacienda and Presidente del Crédito Público. |
