| 备注 |
Banco de Marquez was one of Mexico's short-lived state banks operating under the 1882 banking concession framework, before the Díaz government began consolidating financial authority and squeezing out regional issuers. The American Bank Note Company handled a substantial portion of Mexican private bank commissions during this period — the firm's New York shop was essentially the default choice for any Mexican institution that wanted engraved intaglio work it couldn't get domestically.
The P#S581 classification places this firmly in the Sonora-era regional issues. Surviving examples are uncommon; the bank's operational window was narrow and redemption records suggest limited total circulation.
