| Obverse description | Printed in dark blue on cream paper, the obverse is framed by a geometric border composed of repeating diamond and triangle motifs, with ornate scrollwork corner medallions housing the denomination numeral '1 Pta.' at left and right. A central horizontal panel in bold letterpress carries 'UNA PESETA' flanked by arrow-shaped decorative elements, below which two manuscript signatures appear under the printed titles 'El Presidente' and 'El Depositario'. A five-digit serial number is set within an octagonal cartouche at lower left, with 'Serie A' in a matching cartouche at lower right. |
