| 正面描述 | Printed in dark red on cream paper, the note is entirely typeset without pictorial vignettes, enclosed within a dense ornamental border of repeating foliate and scroll motifs in the same dark red ink. The municipal name 'PACHECO' appears in large decorative capitals across the upper portion, beneath which the mandatory circulation text and denomination 'UNA peseta' are set in letterpress. A handwritten serial number and the manuscript signature of the Alcalde (mayor) appear in the lower central area. |

| 背面描述 | The reverse is unprinted, left as plain cream-coloured paper with no text, vignettes, or decorative elements. A vertical foxing stain running centrally, consistent with folding and age, is the sole visible feature. |

Ayuntamiento emergency fractional notes like this one were a product of Spain's severe coin shortage during the Civil War years, when the Republican government failed to maintain adequate small-denomination coinage in circulation. Municipalities across the Levante and Murcia regions — Pacheco among them — printed their own local scrip to keep commerce moving at the street level. These were never intended to circulate beyond the town's own market and shops.
Gari Mon cataloguing covers this regional Spanish Civil War municipal emission systematically, but many Ayuntamiento issues survive in tiny quantities, having been demonetized and largely destroyed once central supply improved.
