| 正面描述 | Plain tan stock with no pictorial vignette, the central field carrying the issuer's name in bold sans-serif capitals arranged over three lines and separated by a horizontal rule. Below, the voucher clause is rendered in a mixed italic and bold letterpress typeface, followed by a handstamped serial number. The entire face is enclosed within a dense ornamental border composed of repeating foliate and urn motifs in dark ink, characteristic of locally produced Spanish Civil War emergency issues. |

Munera is a small municipality in the province of Albacete, Castilla-La Mancha. This note was issued by its local council — one of thousands of emergency fractional currency pieces produced across Republican Spain during the Civil War after metallic coin effectively vanished from circulation in 1936–37. The central government could not supply small change fast enough, so municipalities, trade unions, and local committees printed their own, often on whatever paper was available and authenticated with nothing more than an ink stamp from the issuing body.
The Gari reference is unassigned, suggesting this piece either postdates the catalog's coverage or was simply overlooked — not unusual for minor Albacete province emissions.
