| Description de l’avers | An oval vignette at the top centre contains two standing figures in traditional dress, flanked by the issuer's name in bold letterpress across the middle of the note. The face value "UNA PESSETA" appears twice in large type over guilloche rosette underprints, with the date of issue centred below. Three manuscript signatures appear at the bottom, attributed to the Secretari-Interventor, L'Alcalde, and El Depositari, above a printed serial number; the entire composition is enclosed within a multi-layered geometric guilloche border with ornamental corner medallions. |

| Description du revers | The centre of the note carries the face value "UNA PESSETA" in white lettering on a solid dark panel, flanked above by the issuer name "AJUNTAMENT CONSTITUCIONAL" and below by "BELLAGUARDA". The denomination "1 PTA" appears in each of the four corners within small guilloche cartouches, and an obligation clause is set in a rectangular frame at the foot of the design. The entire field is filled with intricate geometric guilloche work and the printer's imprint "Imp. Sugrañes-Tarragona" appears at the bottom margin. |
