| Obverse description | An oval vignette at the top centre contains two standing figures in traditional dress, flanked by the issuer's name in bold letterpress across the middle of the note. The face value "UNA PESSETA" appears twice in large type over guilloche rosette underprints, with the date of issue centred below. Three manuscript signatures appear at the bottom, attributed to the Secretari-Interventor, L'Alcalde, and El Depositari, above a printed serial number; the entire composition is enclosed within a multi-layered geometric guilloche border with ornamental corner medallions. |
