| Descrição do anverso |
Crowned royal cypher of Eric XIV (E surmounted by a crown) positioned centrally in the field, with the date divided on either side of the monogram, reading '6' to the left and 'Z' (a period numeral variant for '2') to the right, indicating the year 1562. The lettering is rendered in a crude Gothic style typical of hammered coinage of the Baltic region in the sixteenth century. The overall strike is irregular, consistent with hand-hammered production at the Reval city mint. |

| Descrição do reverso |
A plain cross with expanded terminals divides the field into four quarters, all contained within a shield-shaped outline. No legend or inscription accompanies the design. The shield and cross motif reflects the traditional heraldic arms associated with the city of Reval, rendered in the simple, unadorned style characteristic of small-denomination hammered billon coinage of the period. The strike is weak and irregular at the margins, as is typical for this issue. |
