| 背面描述 | A double-lined cross occupies the central field, enclosed within a solid inner ring, a motif widely employed on medieval Scandinavian pennies of this period. A Latin uncial legend encircles the central device, with a further solid ring forming the rim border. The cross motif reflects both Christian symbolism and the prevailing die-cutting conventions of eleventh-century Norwegian royal coinage. |

Struck under Harald Hardrada's successor Olav Kyrre, whose reign brought an unusual period of domestic stability after decades of Viking-age warfare.
