The issuing authority legend 'A Vöröshadsereg Parancsnoksága' and denomination 'EGY PENGŐ' occupy the central panel, flanked above and below by a two-part serial number printed in red. A legal tender obligation clause and counterfeiting warning in Hungarian complete the lower inscription. |
