| Descrizione del dritto | Central field displays the crowned quartered arms of Austria-Burgundy and Brabant-Flanders set upon a long cross, flanked by fire steels (briquets) in the angles — the characteristic device of the Burgundian Order of the Golden Fleece. The shield is surmounted by an archducal crown. The entire composition is rendered in the flat, bold hammered style typical of late 15th-century Brabantine coinage. A beaded inner circle separates the central device from the surrounding Latin legend in uncial lettering. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | Central field bears a large ornate cross fleury with a rosette at its center, the four arms terminating in fleurs-de-lis and flanked by fire steels (briquets) in each angle, consistent with the 'Briquet' type coinage of Philip the Handsome. The cross is contained within a beaded inner circle. The surrounding field carries a Latin prayer legend in uncial characters, incorporating the regnal date in the form of a Roman numeral or abbreviated year. The overall die work is characteristic of the Antwerp or Brabant mint workshops of the 1480s. |
