| Beschrijving keerzijde | Square copper flan with the AH regnal date inscribed in Arabic numerals in Nastaliq script, occupying the central field. A cluster of small pellets or a floral device is visible in the lower central area of the field, flanked by partial script strokes at the corners. The date inscription reads partially as '132-' corresponding to AH years 1326–1328, equivalent to 1908–1910 CE. The overall design is sparse and typical of the informal hammered coinage tradition of Bahawalpur. |

Bahawalpur's copper paise of this period were struck under Sadiq Muhammad Khan V, who had acceded to the gaddi in 1907 at around fourteen years of age under British paramountcy. The state maintained its own coinage rights — a privilege jealously preserved by the Nawabs throughout the colonial period — though by this point the issues were tightly constrained in both denomination and distribution. Y#7.1 distinguishes this subtype from the closely related Y#7.2 by its die characteristics, a detail that matters given how few collectors parse the series carefully.
