Popis rubu	The reverse bears a multi-line Devanagari inscription centrally placed within the field, recording the royal epithet and the Nepalese Samvat date 1945 (corresponding to 1888 AD). The inscription is surrounded by an ornate border of foliate scrollwork and floral motifs typical of Nepalese copper paisa coinage of the period. A dotted rim encircles the entire design. The layout is characteristic of the issues struck under Prithvi Bir Bikram Shah, with the denomination and regnal reference conveyed through the inscription rather than numerals.
