Large numeral "1$" flanks the portrait on either side, with Khmer and Chinese denomination equivalents in the upper lateral panels; serial number blocks appear at lower left and lower right, each above a handwritten signature, with the titles "GIAM ĐỐC NGÂN KHO TRUNG UONG" and "BỘ TRƯỞNG BỘ TÀI CHÍNH" respectively.
