| Obverse description | Central field bearing a large decorative floral or quatrefoil cartouche enclosing Devanagari inscriptions arranged in two registers, rendering the royal legend and royal name. Flanking the central device on the left and right are vertical rectangular panels containing additional Devanagari characters. The frozen Nepal Sambat date 842 appears in the lower margin within a horizontal panel. The overall design is executed in bold relief in the characteristic hammered style of the Newar minting tradition of Bhaktapur. |

| Reverse description | Central field dominated by a prominent sacred wheel or chakra motif rendered in interlaced curvilinear lines, enclosed within a circular border and set against a finely detailed background. The field is divided by a cross-like framework into four quadrants, each containing Devanagari inscriptions and geometric decorative elements. A beaded inner border frames the central device, with further Devanagari legends distributed in the surrounding compartments. The design reflects the distinctly ornate Newar artistic tradition characteristic of Bhaktapur coinage of the early 18th century. |
