| Obverse description | Light blue and yellow notgeld note with a geometric border interspersed with oak leaf and acorn sprays at left and right, and bold numeral '1' in each corner. At centre, an oval cartouche with yellow guilloche frame contains the municipal coat of arms — a pink shield bearing a miner's lamp and pick above the founding date '1775', surmounted by a crown. Validity inscriptions appear in both Polish ('Ważny do 1. październik 1923') and German ('Giltig bis 1. Oktober 1923') flanking the vignette, with a manuscript signature of the Gemeindevorstand and bilingual place and date lines below. At the base, an oval panel in relief-style lettering reads 'KOŃCZYCE / KUNZENDORF'. |

The central vignette portrays a male worker in working clothes raising a hammer, set against a large pink circular field upon which a white Silesian eagle with golden crown stands in profile. The locality name 'KOŃCZYCE' arches above the eagle within the circle, with 'KUNZENDORF' below. Bilingual commemorative inscriptions in Polish and German reference the 1921 Polish Uprising, and the heading 'PIENIĄDZ NAMIASTKOWY' appears across the top in red.
