At centre, an oval cartouche with yellow guilloche frame contains the municipal coat of arms — a pink shield bearing a miner's lamp and pick above the founding date '1775', surmounted by a crown. Validity inscriptions appear in both Polish ('Ważny do 1. październik 1923') and German ('Giltig bis 1. Oktober 1923') flanking the vignette, with a manuscript signature of the Gemeindevorstand and bilingual place and date lines below. The central vignette portrays a male worker in working clothes raising a hammer, set against a large pink circular field upon which a white Silesian eagle with golden crown stands in profile. The locality name 'KOŃCZYCE' arches above the eagle within the circle, with 'KUNZENDORF' below.
