Ornamental cartouches at the left and right margins each display the denomination numeral "1 M," while the central vignette, executed in a humorous caricatural style, shows a child figure emerging from an open purse labelled "Staatssäckel." A Low German satirical legend runs along the upper margin, and a curved ribbon below carries the issuer inscription. |
