| Obverse description | Bimetallic coin with a brass centre depicting a highly ornate Ottoman tughra (imperial monogram) of Sultan Bayezid II in high relief, surrounded by elaborate floral and foliate arabesque ornament radiating outward from the central device. The copper-nickel outer ring bears the legend TÜRKİYE CUMHURİYETİ arcing across the upper periphery, flanked at lower left by a crescent and star symbol. The denomination 1 Türk Lirası and the date 2024 appear along the lower arc of the ring, with the Turkish State Mint logo positioned at the right of the ring. |
