| Obverse description | Central device consists of the quartered Greek royal coat of arms — a square shield divided into four fields by a bold Greek cross, the upper and lower quarters bearing horizontal lines on a plain ground — surmounted by a large royal crown adorned with pearls and a cross finial. The crowned arms are set within a plain field bordered by a continuous beaded rim. The circular legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕΙΟΝ ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ (Kingdom of Greece) runs around the periphery in Greek majuscules. |

| Reverse description | Within an open olive wreath tied at the base with a ribbon, the denomination and date are arranged in three lines across the field: the numeral '1' at the top, followed by 'ΛΕΠΤΟΝ' in Greek majuscules at centre, and the four-digit date below. The wreath branches spring symmetrically from the lower field and are rendered with fine naturalistic leaf detail. The entire design is enclosed by a beaded border running along the coin's rim. |
