| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central field occupied by a quartered shield bearing the arms of the Duke of Longueville, divided by a cross into four quarters displaying alternating fleurs-de-lis and horizontal bars, consistent with the Longueville dynastic heraldry. The shield is surmounted by a ducal crown. A circular Latin legend surrounds the shield, reading HENRI II D G DVX LONG, identifying Henri II de Bourbon-Condé as Duke of Longueville by the grace of God. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, characteristic of hammered billon coinage of the early seventeenth century. The entire device is enclosed within a beaded inner circle. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Central field displays a floriated cross pattée with splayed, lobed terminals, occupying the full width of the inner die. The four quarters formed by the cross arms are plain. A circular Latin legend surrounds the cross, reading PRIN NEOCOMENSIS 1621, identifying Henri II as Prince of Neuchâtel and providing the mint year. The flan is characteristically irregular and struck on a thin billon planchet by hammer, resulting in uneven rims. The lettering is bold and slightly uneven in spacing, typical of provincial early seventeenth-century hammered coinage. |
