The inscription is arranged in three lines within the cartouche, with EIN on the uppermost line, KREUTZER on the central band, and 1773 followed by the letter G below, all set against a plain field. The decorative frame, with its elaborate curving flourishes, is characteristic of south-German ecclesiastical copper coinage of the late eighteenth century. |
