| Obverse description | Brown and salmon-pink Notgeld printed on both sides bilingually; the obverse carries Polish-language text. The upper panel bears the heading 'Asygnata kasowa na JEDNĄ KORONĘ' in bold letterpress with the numeral '1' in ornamental cartouches at each corner. Below, the issuer name 'MIASTO CIESZYN' flanks a central vignette of the city's coat of arms — a fortified gateway with twin towers surmounted by an eagle — set within a laurel wreath on a guilloche underprint. Two flanking text panels carry redemption and validity clauses dated 25 października 1919, with the Mayor's and Treasury signatures at the foot. |
