Obverse description	The obverse is printed in red-brown tones and bears a central oval guilloche vignette with the large numeral '1' at its centre, flanked by symmetrical ornamental scrollwork. Bilingual text in German and Hungarian appears in the upper register, with the denomination stated as 'EINE KRONE / EGY KORONA' in bold letterpress across the middle of the note. The lower portion carries the full bank title 'OESTERREICHISCH-UNGARISCHE BANK • OSZTRÁK-MAGYAR BANK', the date 'WIEN, 1. DEZEMBER 1916', and two signature lines designated for the Generalrat-Vorsitzender and Generalsekretär-Vekerjitkar respectively.

Reverse description	The reverse is printed in dark brown and red tones, with a large central octagonal guilloche underprint in rose-red. To the left, a decorative rectangular panel in dark brown contains the denomination in nine languages arranged vertically: 'JEDNA KORUNA / JEDNA KORONA / ОДНА КОРОНА / UNA CORONA / ENA KRONA / UNA CORONA / JEDNA KRUNA / УНА КОРДАНА'. To the right, an ornate cartouche carries the large numeral '1'. Anti-counterfeiting warnings appear in German and Hungarian in the lower register, above the serial number.
