The bank title in Chinese characters appears across the top, with the denomination 壹角 in large characters to the upper right, flanked by intricate guilloche scroll borders in multicolour. The year 1960 and romanised denomination YI JIAO are printed at the lower centre.

A serial number in red is printed along the lower margin.
