正面描述	Central vignette in an oval frame presents the Yudai (Jade Belt) Bridge set amid a tree-lined landscape, printed in brown on an intricate guilloche underprint. The denomination 壹角 appears in large Chinese characters to the left and right of the central vignette, with the place name 張家口 (Kalgan) in oval cartouches on both sides. The issuer title 中國銀行兌換券 and serial number run along the top margin, with the date 中華民國六十月 and serial number repeated along the bottom.

背面描述	The reverse is printed in orange-brown and centres on a large ornate numeral '10' flanked by elaborate floral guilloche scrollwork, with the word CENTS inscribed within the numeral design. The heading BANK OF CHINA appears at the top, below which the clause TEN 10 CENT NOTES TO BE EXCHANGED FOR ONE DOLLAR is typeset. The date OCTOBER 1ST 1917 and the branch designation KALGAN appear in the lower portion, accompanied by two manuscript signatures.
