The letters are rendered in a bold Gothic hand characteristic of late 14th- to early 15th-century Rhenish coinage. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, with a plain raised rim enclosing the design. The overall execution is typical of small hammered billon heller coinage from the Trier mint. |
