Obverse description Central vignette of a laureate portrait of Emperor Franz Joseph I facing right, set within a circular medallion framed by a wreath, mounted on an entablature supported by two Corinthian pilasters. Below, the numeral value appears within an ornate square frame surmounted by a rounded pediment flanked by two outward-facing lions. All text inscriptions are in German, with the note printed in a highly detailed intaglio style.
