| Popis rubu | Saint John the Baptist is depicted standing facing, nimbed with a radiate halo, robed in long draped garments, and raising his right hand in a gesture of benediction while holding an attribute in his left hand. The figure is rendered in a flat, hieratic Gothic style characteristic of Rhenish goldgulden of the late 14th century. Stars or mullets flank the saint in the field.
