Within the cartouche, text specifies the denomination and sets out the conditions of reimbursement, noting that the equivalent value has been deposited with the Public Treasury in Banque de France notes and that redemption is to be effected by the Treasury offices of the Tarn département before 31 December 1922, subject to forfeiture. |
