| Obverse description | Blue letterpress note with a fine guilloche underprint carrying the issuing chamber's name repeated across the entire field, framed by an ornate border with quatrefoil corner medallions. At top centre, a rectangular cartouche bears the deliberation date, below which the issuer's name appears in bold capitals; the central denomination panel reads UN FRANC in large type, flanked by two municipal arms each supported by laurel wreaths. A circular red dry-stamp of the Chambre de Commerce de Moulins et Lapalisse is applied at centre, with manuscript signatures of the Treasurer (left) and President (right) below, alongside series and serial number. |
