| Obverse description | Green letterpress border of intertwined oak and laurel branches frames the note, with the denomination '1 fr.' in circular cartouches at upper left and right. A central oval guilloche underprint in ochre carries the large denomination text 'UN FRANC' in bold letterpress, above which appears the authorising deliberation date. At the centre base, a red-printed vignette of the Moulins coat of arms flanked by two heraldic shields, surmounted by a caduceus, serves as the chamber's emblem, with spaces for the Treasurer's and President's manuscript signatures on either side. |
