The issuer's title and ministerial authorization are repeated at the top, followed by two paragraphs of text in French setting out the conditions of redemption: the note is guaranteed by a deposit of equal value at the Banque de France, is redeemable at its Montluçon branch, must be presented within five years from 10 October 1914, and is only valid when bearing the stamp of the Chambre de Commerce. |
