Two allegorical female figures in classical dress stand as lateral vignettes on either side of the central text panel, which bears the large denomination legend UN FRANC within a decorative frame. The lower portion includes the reimbursement clause dated 4 June 1920, two manuscript signature spaces for the President and Treasurer, and the printer's imprint at the foot, all set against a fine guilloche watermark underprint. |

| Mô tả mặt sau | The reverse is printed in green on cream paper and is entirely ornamental, with a fine guilloche line underprint bearing the text watermark BOULOGNE SUR MER CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE repeated across the field. The denomination 1 FRANC appears in large bold letters at centre, flanked by two heraldic shields surmounted by crowns — that of Boulogne-sur-Mer to the left and a maritime arms to the right — set within elaborate scrollwork cartouches. The four corners each bear a circular lozenge with the denomination mark 1F, and a decorative frieze with symbolic maritime and commercial motifs runs along the upper and lower borders. |
