| Obverse description | Green letterpress on cream paper with a dense yellow-green underprint repeating the text CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE D'AVIGNON across the entire field. An ornate floral and foliate border frames the note, with the municipal arms of Carpentras at lower left and Orange at lower right, and the crowned coat of arms of Avignon with the motto A BEC ET GRIFFES at top centre below the republican header REPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE.
