Obverse description Green letterpress on cream paper with a dense yellow-green underprint repeating the text CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE D'AVIGNON across the entire field. An ornate floral and foliate border frames the note, with the municipal arms of Carpentras at lower left and Orange at lower right, and the crowned coat of arms of Avignon with the motto A BEC ET GRIFFES at top centre below the republican header REPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE. The denomination UN FRANC is printed in large bold type at centre, flanked by the issuing authority CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE D'AVIGNON and the names of the participating towns; a red handstamp and the serial number appear at centre, with two manuscript signatures below the titles Le Président and Le Secrétaire-Trésorier, and the printer's imprint NANCY LITH BERGER LEVRAULT at lower left.

Reverse description Green letterpress on cream paper with the same yellow-green CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE D'AVIGNON repeated underprint visible throughout the field. A circular vignette at top centre bears an anchor motif encircled by the legend CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE D'AVIGNON, and the border is composed of intricate guilloche rosette bands with small heraldic vignettes at each corner. The body of the note carries the full legal text of the emission in French, including the terms of issue authorised by deliberation of 11 August 1915 and the redemption deadline of 11 August 1920, with the guarantee clause in bold italic at foot; a red handstamp appears at centre.
