| Obverse description | Printed in blue on white paper, the obverse carries the chamber's coat of arms at bottom centre, flanked by two facsimile signatures. The denomination "UN FRANC" appears in a bold central cartouche, with the Arabic equivalent (فرنك) inscribed above the arms.
