Central cartouche carries the denomination UN FRANC in bold letterpress, flanked by series and serial number. Decree date 17 Mars 1919 inscribed below the title, with two manuscript signature lines for Le Trésorier Général de Tunisie and Le Directeur Général des Finances. Imprint of litho engraver F.
