Obverse description Hammered copper flan bearing a multi-line Arabic inscription in bold, angular Naskh script occupying the entire field. The legend reads the honorific titles of Sultan Ahmad III, invoking the epithet al-musta'ṣim billāh and the regnal title ghiyāth al-dunyā wa al-dīn. The lettering is deeply struck in relief against a rough, irregular field, with no border or decorative elements framing the text. The coin shows characteristic surface patination and flan irregularity typical of mid-sixteenth-century Gujarati copper coinage.
