Reverse description The reverse presents a heavily patinated hammered copper surface bearing an Arabic inscription in raised relief, distributed across the central field in a manner consistent with Bijapur Sultanate falus coinage of Ali Adil Shah I (AH 965-988). The lettering, though partially obscured by encrustation and surface corrosion, exhibits the broad, bold strokes characteristic of Deccan hammered issues. The flan shows pronounced irregularities along its periphery, with extensive blue-green cuprite and malachite patination blending with areas of exposed reddish-brown copper. No mint name or regnal year appears to be clearly legible, which is typical of undated (ND) Bijapur copper falus. The strike is off-center in places, resulting in partial legend visibility.
