| 表面の説明 | Central field bears a multi-line Arabic religious legend arranged in horizontal bands within a plain inner circle. The inscription is executed in early Kufic script, characteristic of Samanid copper coinage of the late 9th century. A beaded or rope-pattern border encircles the central inscription area. The overall design follows the standard epigraphic type of Abbasid-influenced provincial coinage, with no figural elements. The flan is irregular and slightly uneven, typical of hammered copper production of this period. |
