| Descripción del anverso |
Draped bust of Honoré II facing right, with long flowing hair, wearing armour with a lace collar, rendered in high relief in the Baroque manner. The effigy occupies the lower two-thirds of the field, with the engraver's name or a brief inscription appearing beneath the truncation. The circular legend runs along the outer rim, separated from the field by a beaded inner border. The portrait is boldly modelled, characteristic of the medallic style of Claude Warin. |

| Descripción del reverso |
Centrally placed shield bearing the arms of Monaco — lozengy argent and gules arranged in four rows across the escutcheon — surmounted by a princely crown flanked by elaborate acanthus-leaf mantling. A motto scroll inscribed DEO IVVANTE appears on a banderole across the upper portion of the shield. The circular legend, divided by small ornamental stops, surrounds the composition and incorporates the date 1654, with a Maltese cross serving as a separating device between legend elements. |
