| Beschrijving voorzijde | Crowned provincial arms of Zeeland occupy the central field, depicting a rampant lion emerging from waves, rendered in low relief on a plain field. The shield is surmounted by a prominent mural crown. No legend surrounds the design, the arms filling the flan to the rim. The style is characteristic of Dutch provincial coinage of the early eighteenth century, with bold but somewhat crude workmanship typical of colonial-issue duits. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The interlaced VOC monogram of the Vereenigde Oost-Indische Compagnie (United East India Company) is prominently displayed in the center of the field, dividing the four digits of the date. A mintmark appears at the top between two stars. A 'V' countermark of uncertain origin is applied to the reverse field. The overall design is simple and utilitarian, consistent with the colonial copper coinage of the Dutch East Indies. |
