| Popis líce | The obverse displays the crowned arms of Utrecht at centre: a quartered shield bearing a diagonal bend sinister composed of vertical stripes, surmounted by an ornate mural crown with foliate finials. Two rampant lions serve as supporters, each facing inward and grasping the sides of the shield with their forepaws. A horizontal line separates the shield from the lower field, beneath which a decorative scrollwork cartouche is placed. The design fills the coin's field to the rim without a surrounding legend, relying entirely on heraldic imagery to denote the issuing chamber. |
