| Reverse description | Elaborate baroque heraldic achievement consisting of the quartered arms of the Archbishopric of Salzburg and the Firmian family, surmounted by a bishop's galero with tasselled cords descending on either side and a patriarchal cross above. The ornate shield is set on a decorative baroque cartouche occupying the central field. The date appears to the left within the legend, and the encircling Latin inscription, separated by a beaded border, references the archbishop's titles as papal legate and primate of Germany. |
