Two large stylised ONE counters flanked by ornamental floral guilloche panels occupy the left and right fields, while elaborate rosette and scroll lathe-work fills the corners and borders. The imprint BUREAU OF ENGRAVING AND PRINTING, WASHINGTON, D.C. runs along the lower margin. |
