| 正面描述 | Right-facing crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II after the portrait by Ian Rank-Broadley, whose initials 'IRB' appear below the truncation of the neck. The peripheral legend reads 'ELIZABETH II · NIUE 2020 · ONE DOLLAR' along the upper arc, while '· 1OZ 999 SILVER ·' is inscribed along the lower arc. The portrait depicts the Queen wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara, rendered in fine high-relief detail against a mirror-polished field. |

Puffing Billy is a preserved narrow-gauge steam railway operating in the Dandenong Ranges east of Melbourne, saved from closure in the early 1950s by a volunteer preservation society — one of the earliest such efforts in the world. Niue has long served as a licensing vehicle for Australian-themed commemorative silver, its sovereign status allowing issuers to attach legal-tender face values to bullion pieces with no expectation of actual circulation.
