背面描述	The central field features a multi-colored printed image of the Pontifical of Płock, a renowned medieval illuminated manuscript. To the left, a depiction of the Cathedral of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Masovia in Płock is rendered in color. Overlaid against the manuscript image is a fragment of the Cathedral's celebrated Romanesque bronze doors. Along the lower rim, three Swarovski crystals are set as decorative embellishments. A vertical ornamental strip derived from the motifs of the Cathedral's bronze doors runs along the right rim, with the legend PONTYFIKAŁ PŁOCKI inscribed across the design.
