裏面の説明	Conjoined half-length portraits of Napoleon Bonaparte and Admiral Horatio Nelson facing one another in the center field, both depicted in period military dress with decorations and epaulettes. The arc legend ADMIRAL HORATIO NELSON 1758 – 1805 runs along the upper periphery, while the inscription NAPOLEON & NELSON appears below the portraits. A facsimile signature reading 'Nelson Josmouth' is engraved across the lower field, with the denomination $1 beneath it and the Pobjoy Mint mark PM to its right.

追加情報	Issued to mark the bicentennial of the Battle of Trafalgar, fought on 21 October 1805. The engagement ended French and Spanish naval ambitions in the Atlantic for the remainder of the Napoleonic Wars, but cost Nelson his life — he was struck by a musket ball fired from the mizzen top of the Redoutable and died below decks some three hours before the battle concluded.
